Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy describes the PDFRilo editor included in this website release. It distinguishes document processing on your device from ordinary website connections.
Your documents
The editor reads, renders, edits and exports PDFs locally in your browser. It does not upload PDF contents or added images to PDFRilo servers. Documents and editing history are held in temporary browser memory. Opening another document resets that editing session; closing the tab ends it. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them on your device.
Website requests
Your browser requests website files and PDF libraries from the site hosting provider. Hosting providers may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested URLs, and may keep security or operational logs. If deployed on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare supplies hosting and network infrastructure. This release self-hosts its PDF libraries and fonts.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
This release includes no analytics trackers, advertising scripts, account system or document cloud storage. The editor does not set tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may have its own security practices. If analytics or advertising are added later, this policy and any required controls should be updated before those services are enabled.
Suggestions and problem reports
When you submit the Contact or Help Us Improve form, the message, optional name, email and browser/device details you enter are sent through Web3Forms to PDFRilo's contact inbox. Web3Forms receives the submission and may process technical request information to deliver messages and prevent abuse. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for its practices. Your PDF and added images are not attached or uploaded by this form. We use your message to respond and improve PDFRilo. Please do not include passwords, financial details or sensitive PDF contents. To request deletion of a message, contact us using the form and identify the message.
Security and your choices
Keep your browser updated, keep a copy of important documents, and inspect downloaded PDFs before relying on them. To discard the current session, close the tab or open a different PDF. Local processing does not prevent other software or browser extensions on your device from accessing information.
