Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms describe use of PDFRilo's free browser-based PDF editor. If you use the editor, you are responsible for how you use the files you create or change.

Permitted use

Only edit documents that you own or have permission to modify. You must have the necessary rights to any text, images or other content you use. Do not use PDFRilo for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activity, including document forgery, impersonation or attempts to disrupt the service.

Your files and responsibility

You retain your rights to your documents. The editor processes them locally in your browser. Keep the original file and verify the exported result before sending, printing or relying on it, especially for financial, legal or other important documents.

Compatibility and availability

PDF structures, fonts and browser capabilities vary. Some content cannot be safely edited or removed, and the editor may refuse an operation to protect the rest of the document. Exact font matching and support for every PDF structure are not guaranteed. Scanned text embedded in an image is not editable as existing text. This release supports PDFs up to 50 MB and 200 pages.

The service is provided as available. PDFRilo may change, suspend or discontinue features. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The PDFRilo name and website presentation belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not replace those licenses or grant rights over someone else's documents.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDFRilo is provided without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of edited output. PDFRilo is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unverified edits, unavailable service, or loss of an unsaved browser session. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes, applicable law and contact

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply; this release does not specify a court or jurisdiction. See the Contact page for the current reporting options.
